The cost of participation starts at just 8,000 UK pounds.
In order to participate in the 2012 Drilling Performance Review an operator must have drilled at least one well and commit to submit data for all of the wells drilled in at least one country.
If an operator will not drill in 2012, it is possible to join as a 'sleeping participant' if the operator participated in the DPR in the last year in which it did drill.
An operator may retrospectively participate in any previous years DPR, either to access data for a specific year or to provide qualification for 'sleeping participation' in 2012.
An Operator who participates in the DPR in any year from 2000 will automatically gain access, free of charge, to our global 1989 - 1999 drilling data.
'New operators' have the ability to obtain retrospective data without providing data of their own for the year(s) in question. A 'new operator' is one who has joined the DPR but has not previously drilled, and neither has any members of its group, prior to its first year of participation. This 'new operator' can obtain access to previous years DPR data at the standard annual fee. The eligibility rules, fees and conditions as given above for the DPR also apply to the Completions Performance Review.
