Each participant must provide 100% of the required data on 100% of the wells drilled in any country of participation.
There are no blanks or missing data fields, however some data may be withheld on truly tight or confidential wells, as long as the number of tight wells is a very small proportion of a participant’s total submission.
The right of access to the databank is contingent on an operator accepting the terms and conditions of participation, submitting the required data and resolving all queries. It also depends on the data submission status of other operators within the same group of companies.
The principle is that each participant needs to submit data in order to access data.
Every participant may access data from countries in which they have drilled or completed and have submitted data, as well as accessing data from countries in which they have not drilled or completed for the year in question. A participant may not access data from any country in which one of the members of its group of companies has drilled or completed but has not submitted data.
